Poland: Devils Wroclaw Signed 2 American Coaches for 2013.!

During the last season, the Devils were led by two coaches from The States - Skip Poole, and Dimos Spiropoulos, and ended season on 3rd place, W/L: 7-3. Devils lost the game vs Warsaw Eagles in the playoffs (37:20) . For 2013. - Wroclaw Devils are preparing the team for the season with 2 new coaches - Val Gunn and Richard Wade!

Val Gunn, a 44 years old coach, started as a elite college quarterback at Texas A & M. When he became a coach - he led high-school, college and professional teams for nearly 2 decades, where now Gunn has 117 wins and 26 losses as a coach. American forte is, of course, with an emphasis on offensive play makers and wing positions. He is not new to EU - he coached in Norway for 7 years and was the first coach of Oslo Vikings - one of the leading teams of the old continent. In 2007. Gunn was picked by the Norwegian National Federation to be the head coach of the national team.

In the 2013. season, the Devils defense will be led by Richard Wade. Wade is known for his iron discipline, and this will be his first time coaching in Europe. Before signing with the Devils, Wade was coaching in the CFL, as well as scouting. He was also a coaching at the NCAA level. An interesting fact to mention - Wade grew up withRob and Rex Ryan - current NFL coaches - while their fathers - former San Francisco 49er, Dewey Wade, and Buddy Ryan both were coaching at University of Buffalo.
