First off, I'm not a superstar, I'm not on a contract and I haven't even played this great sport in its homeland.
But, I am dedicated, and I love football more than most. Besides playing for Kolding Guardians U19 and Senior, I am a positional coach for the younger kids.
As you might have figured out already, I play on the line. In the trenches. With the big boys. Not that I'm a small guy, I weigh 124kg which makes me the heaviest guy on our U19 roster!
Primarily I play offensive guard, but I have played almost (if not) everywhere on both lines. (But at 124 kg and a 5,72 40yd I'd say offensive guard and nose tackle fits me better than "athletic" tackle and speedy end!)

Last summer one of my greatest dreams came true - I was on the national U19 team! Only as a backup, but I was there. I wore the jersey, I sung the national anthem, and I had a great time with a lot of awesome people! It was worth every single drop of sweat. All the hours spent. To this day, it is the greatest thing I have achieved in my life, and I will never forget it.
A few months later we played in the Junior Bowl. Even though I injured myself four days before, and walked with crutches up until gameday, it was the biggest game of my life! But that moment, when the speaker called out my name and I ran onto the field with the starting offense, and the rest of my beloved teammates. It was huge. Unfortunately we lost to the Copenhagen Towers, when also won the U16 and national league bowl games.
Whenever I'm not working out, watching game/practice film or anything else to become a better player or coach, the pigskin is still stealing my time. I love watching other Danish teams play, NFL and NCAA. And my latest time-consumer has been Madden 25. I could play it all day long!
I hope you're gonna enjoy these blog posts - I know I will!
