Austria: JCL Graz Giants Signed QB Alex Good

The new playmaker for the Grazer is Alex Good! Alex comes from the Carson Newman College, where his W-L record was 28-8.

Alex Good is an outstanding athlete who can both pass and run the ball. He is also bringing the option offense experience to the table. (Option Offense is crucial to the system that the Graz HC Nick Johansens has been very successful at.)

In his last college season, Alex Good broke several school records, which lead him to the be the finalist for the 2009 Harlon Hill Trophy - an award for the Division II  College Player of the Year.

Good is known in European circles, as he spent his 2011 season with the Finnish Seinajoki Crocodiles, and the 2012 season with the Berlin Adler from Germany.

Alex Good has a difficult task to win over the fans where he's up against the two-time AFL League MVP Chris Gunn. The JCL and GRAZ GIANTS head coach Nick Johansen is convinced that Alex Good will be extremely successful in Austria.

"Alex brings a very exciting style of playing the game that our fans will love! He is a true competitor and has the skill set to power our offense. We are very happy to bring his talents to Austria." says Johansen.
